Convertible to Pendant: If desired, your local jeweler can attach a bale to this piece, so it can be worn as a pendant. Handmade during the Art Nouveau era in the Medieval Revival style. The design of the brooch was inspired by pieces made by Fratelli Peruzzi and Gugliemo Cini. The face of the brooch features a knight’s helmet, shield, and floral accents. A pin stem and locking “c” clasp allows this piece to be worn on a variety of accessories, including hats, scarves, and lapels, among many others. Damage: Age appropriate wear.
